At RARE, we love to create work that is meaningful, reflecting the diversity of the arts and the communities we serve whilst celebrating extraordinary talent. 

We start by asking one question: what will make people feel? From there, we build experiences with purpose, choosing the right story, the right artists and the right place to bring it to life.

Our focus is on Australian talent, knowing we are showcasing the best in the world. As a nation, Australia produces some of the most in-demand performers, often less known on home-soil. We are passionate about changing this, changing the perception of our Nation in the process, and generating significant pride. 

We work collaboratively and hold ourselves to a high standard because the artists and stories we tell deserve it. We care deeply about detail, and even more about connection. Shared stories and experiences enable us to have a space where we feel safe to show emotions, and that’s what a deeply human experience really is.

We want people to be in the moment, to feel goosebumps, to laugh out loud, to cry holding someone they love. Our ambition is to make work that stays with people long after the lights go down.
